Our Founder
Brittany Dexter is a Christian, wife, and mother of three—plus a bonus mom to one—all neurodiverse. She holds a Master of Science in Higher Education with a focus on Student Services. Brittany believes true education is about nurturing a higher level of thought, rooted in love, intentionality, and honoring each child’s individuality. Her journey as a mother fuels her passion for helping youth learn effectively, build life skills, strengthen executive functioning, and discover meaningful paths for the future.
The mission of The Flow & Grow Foundation, Inc. is to walk alongside families of neurodivergent children and teens, offering emotional support, educational resources, a family of providers, and holistic programming. Through support groups, advocacy, workshops, therapy-integrated tools, purposeful play, life skills development, and career exploration, we teach families how to identify and nurture each child’s unique learning rhythm to empower lifelong growth at home and in the community.

Testimonials

"The support group is a great way for parents of neurodivergent children to discuss their true emotions, feelings, concerns, and questions. Brittany is so easy to talk to and really makes you feel heard and supported. It feels like a big weight is lifted when you have a community you can talk to that truly understands the journey and all that comes with it."

"Brittany is Amazing! Truly a gem, with a wealth of knowledge on neurodivergent littles. The support group was a safe space for me to vent without judgment. Before attending, I wondered how I would benefit from this as my son has ADHD and rarely likes to speak and society diminishes the condition as if it were not a real condition. Brittany assured me how untrue that is and comforted me along the process. Flow & Grow is a truly amazing organization - Thanks For Helping Our Family."

"As a teen, I found the life skills workshops incredibly helpful. They taught me practical skills that I can use in everyday life, and I feel more confident about my future. Thank you for believing in us!"
